Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Ungasan

A Wonderful Stay with Friendly Staff, but Limited Halal Food Options Overall, we had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable and well maintained, and we genuinely enjoyed our stay. The location can be a little confusing and busy, but this was not a major issue for us. The biggest highlight was definitely the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, respectful and helpful. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable, and we truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism. The only significant challenge we experienced was finding suitable halal food. As a Muslim family, we found the dining options quite limited, as many dishes contained pork or alcohol, making it difficult for us to enjoy the hotel’s food offerings. It would be wonderful if the hotel could introduce more clearly labelled halal food options to accommodate Muslim guests and families. This would make an already lovely hotel even more welcoming to visitors from different cultural and religious backgrounds. Apart from the food situation, everything was excellent. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others. A special thank you to the wonderful staff for their outstanding hospitality. Overall, a lovely experience, and we would be happy to return, especially if more halal dining options become available.

Great location in an oasis with the beautiful park nearby

Nothing, everything was great

Extrem freundliches u hilfsbereites Personal. Super tolles Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt! Extrem langer Infinitypool!

I spent my last days of vacation there and it was a beautiful place to close these two weeks of vacation, the room was spacious and comfortable directly overlooking the pool what happiness in the morning... Thanks to Anggun, Lia and Wiwi for their welcome, their kindness throughout my stay...
