Amazing place, really inviting and comfortable. Nicely decorated, neat terrace outside that you can use (shared with other guests). Friendly host, highly recommended.
Kitchen was a bit small, not too much free space to use.

Very cozy and good looking apartment in very heart of an old town. Very good location. Furniture and facilities are all very nice. Fast working Internet and quality AC is a big plus. For 1 or 2 persons - it will be a fantastic choice.
Check-in instruction by host was very clear and understandable. Also the host was very polite.
There is a small refrigerator, teapot and also plates and cutlery.
The only one small minus - soundproof. Because there was two other apartments on both side, and the walls are quite thin, unfortunately the soundproof isn’t greatest one. But it doesn’t disturb much.

Tomic was in a great location! The shared courtyard was lovely, the host was quick to answer questions and was so helpful with other travel questions.
The room was very comfortable and clean but had a smoky smell.

Fantastic location. Quiet beautiful neighborhood yet close to restaurants and the old city. Apartment is charming and clean and well kept with a lovely terrace area. Owner was extremely responsive. This is a great find!

"Es gibt fast keine bessere Lage in Split. Es liegt quasi am Rande der Altstadt und in 1 min ist man an der Uferpromenade und in 3 min zu Fuss beim Diokletianspalast. Es liegt direkt am Beginn der Trep..."
