This was the worst experience we had. I'll start with the host and get to the apartment later. Gino is an extremely unpleasant character who cares only about making money with the least effort he can put in. He called us before our arrival and proposed we cancel on Booking, so he doesn't have to pay the commission. Upon our arrival, he demanded a 200 EUR deposit for possible damages to the apartment. On our final day, he checked the apartment, and one of 2 toilets was clogged. Then he started to make a scene and called us "bad people" that did it on purpose after he provided us (like it was for free) with his "deluxe" apartment, which was maybe deluxe 15 years ago. After he unclogged the toilet, he found a little sponge and blamed us for putting it there. Unclogging lasted for about 20 minutes and then he had the guts to charge us 300 EUR for "putting a sponge in the toilet." Professional service charges unclogging around 40 EUR; after we mentioned it, he said we should completely clean the place until he does the detailed check of the rest of the apartment. That would probably last for a couple of hours. Therefore we decided to leave 200 EUR and save our nerves which were already going thin with Ginos' aggressive behavior. Also, on the first day, he said he would frequently come to check in on us, to which I said we are coming to rest and do not want to be disturbed. He is a classic example of a terrible landlord. The apartment has no secured parking spots, so you have to rely on finding (illegal) spot in the street and hope someone will not scratch your car. Place is big but has only one AC (which is barely working); therefore it is impossible to cool the apartment. Sleeping was also an issue, there is only one decent-sized bed for 2 people, and if you open the windows during the night (when you try to cool the place), it is like you are on the street.

Nice location, big appartment.

No parking, despite the information about private parking. The renter was not very kind, at the arrival he just still repeated not to make mess.

The place was clean and the view was great. The beach was close some minute walking distance.

The apartman detail said that there is a privat parking space but there wasn't. So we had to parking on the street where was an insane old lady (house number 13) who hit our car because it stayed next to her house on the public street. There wasn't a sign which said that "No parking here" only a wood stick. Fortunetly there isn't damage in the car. But don't park there if you stay in Gino's apartman.

The area was lovely, the apartment was clean and tidy and had a patio area overooking the water. A good base for exploring Krka National Park which was a 20 minute drive away.

Trying to locate the property in tiny one way streets is a bit of a nightmare!
