Great location, walking distance to one of the gates into city. Also close to a mini market. Property itself is large and the downstairs apartment was roomy with separate lounge, bedroom and kitchen/meals area. There was secure parking across the road (in the open)….as there wasn’t a separate remote for the main gate to park on the property itself. Fairly quiet however it is located just next to a large bus parking area which was also where central refuse bins were located so it was a bit noisy in early mornings when garbage trucks arrived to clear them. Host was responsive when needed.

Shower was small and cramped due to a corner module setup over bath. Shower water temperature was only warm, not hot. Appliances could only be utilised one at a time - so you couldn’t have the kettle or microwave on at same time - due to electrics as advised. Creaky bed, also hard, which wasn’t comfortable. We had ongoing issues with the lock on our main door/gate and had to get in touch with the host each time in order to enter. Some amenities in kitchen like paper towels or food wrap would have been appreciated.
