Islamabad Serena Hotel

Good

exceoptional rooms and hotel

We had an excellent stay at Islamabad Serena Hotel and were impressed from the moment we arrived. The hotel is beautiful, very safe, and has a wonderful atmosphere, with elegant decoration and several excellent restaurants. Our room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the food throughout the hotel was delicious. I would especially like to mention the room service team, who went above and beyond to prepare meals for us that were not on the regular menu, following a special diet prescribed for health reasons. Their kindness, flexibility, and willingness to help made a real difference and were greatly appreciated. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, polite, and helpful. I would also like to give special thanks to both doctors at the hotel. Their service was professional, prompt, and extremely helpful, and thanks to them we were able to get through some unexpected health issues quickly and comfortably. Everything about our stay was excellent, and we would happily recommend Islamabad Serena Hotel to anyone visiting Islamabad.

Everything was great!

No one come to pick up from airport as I mentioned a month before coming and first time you coming to country and no one there for pick up and it’s panicking and in the end I book my own taxi .

Lack of communication no professional not a great service slow response.
