Good location
Accommodation was dirty, old, smelly, run down on a road that was extremely noisey

Location, large apartment, fans provided, great staff
Kitchen and bathroom facilities outdated. Cooker height potentially dangerous. Comments only made due to the high cost to stay…. For the price then the kitchen and bathroom should be better. The price is mainly due to the location rather than the apartment (in my opinion)

Location was fantastic, nice view. We arrived very late but were still greeted by lovely woman who gave us lots of imformation and recommendations around the area.
Second bathroom didn't have good ventilation and is off the kitchen which isn't ideal. Also not a great shower in second bathroom which meant 4 people using main bathroom.

Excellent facilities, very well appointed, fantastic size and very good location.

The arranged taxi. Being met on arrival. Quiet & clean apartment. Location. Good view. Beds comfortable. Facilities in good working order.
The absence of hooks, shelves or anywhere to hang wet towells, bags & coats. We needed an initial handwritten map showing the location of the supermarket, bus stop, tram stops, tourist info etc, On arrival it would be a nice touch to have a bottle of water & milk in frig on arrival. The bedrooms need mirrors & a second hairdryer. There is only enough room for 3 on that sofa so another armchair is needed.

It was a very roomy apartment. It was well equipped. The location was excellent.
The small bathroom was very small and difficult to get into. It was the bathroom to use for the second bedroom.

Great location, spotlessly clean. Great kitchen space for cooking but also lots of great options to eat and drink nearby. The team sent lots of information with local restaurants and sights to see. Great value for money.
Nothing -if possible get brighter bulbs in lamps /light fittings.

the location was fantastic
perhaps there could be a safety mat in the bath as slippy when getting out of the shower

The location was perfect
The double bedroom wasn’t really a bedroom but more of a corridor/through way with no window or side table and lamp

It is in a delightful neighborhood and the perfect size for our small group. Having 2 full bathrooms was a big plus.
The bathrooms had a bit of smell. The rear windows looked out on a suffocating courtyard. The communication leading up to our visit was very confusing and not reassuring. Everything worked out in the end, but we were rather annoyed by the constant messages with conflicting information.

The apartment was great with location near sights in alfama and the tram. It was nice having a washer/dryer and full kitchen as well as having separate bedrooms available.
My only complaint was lack of ability to store bags and that we had to give an exact check in time. It's very difficult to do that when travelling internationally. I didn't know how early the apartment would be available until the day we arrived, and communication required access to the internet, so I had to find wifi periodically to check in as we were traveling from the US and pay to store bags elsewhere. Otherwise, everything was good. Also, be aware there are no elevators

The property which is located in the old town was comfortable, clean and spacious with a nice sea view.
Arrived on a very early morning flight and could not get access to the apartment until 3p.m despite requesting early check in. There was no facility to store luggage while we waited to get access to the apartment other than checking it in to a locker which was located quite a distance from the property and for which we would have had to pay a fee. We kept our luggage with us until check in which was not at all convenient.

The location was very nice. If it had rained, I think wr would have slid down the street! It's on a very steep hill.
The beds were hard, we ran out of toilet paper the second day and bought some. There is a washer and dryer, but no instructions in any language and the lady who showed us the apartment said the dryer was a dishwasher. We washed two loads of clothes the night before we left and then the dryer wouldn't heat. We packed wet clothes. It's an ancient building, so you can hear everything from the apartment above. The kitchen is in the front by the bedrooms and the bathroom is in the back behind the dining room. Apartment was fine, but did not look like that photo!

Location was very central. Kitchen was well equipped.
The walls were thin so we heard the neighbors a lot. We were there at a time when it was unseasonably cold and the apartment was hard to keep warm. This may not usually be an issue

It was a very attractively decorated and comfortable apartment with views over the river. It was close to the cathedral and the centre of town with nice restaurants very close by and easy access to those in the centre also a couple of wonderful view points not too far away. Tram stops close by.
Very little, be mindful that there is no lift is all I would say.

The apartment was very spacious and nice.
There was no balcony and you could only see the river from a corner of the window.
And if you happen to have neighbours above you, bad luck, because there is a wooden floor and it looks like they are living in the same apartment. You can here everything!

Great location near the castle and within walking distance of about everything. The neighbourhood is great to explore by foot. The welcome by the host (Sonia) was very warm; she made numerous recommendations for eating out.
The apartment is very nice, facing south and the river, but the old house suffers from a lack of acoustic insulation... so noise and vibrations may come from the neighbours and be disturbing.

Is located in a really nice area
They have more apartments and maybe they’ll suprise you with an unexpected apartment. You need to clarify for the beginning which apartment you want, otherwise they ll give you something bad.
We arrived after 21:00 and they charged us extra money but they didnt put them on the invoice.

It was very central, the apartment was very nice and unique. Very spacious.
We could hear the neighbors up stairs very loud
And the bad was not comfortable

The beds were the only positive side of this apartment, comfortable and clean
The apartment was nothing like the photos. The instalaciones were old . There was no extra mirror. The bathroom was small and the toilet seat apart from being broken was uncomfortable to sit on as the lid fell down every time you sat down and you had to sit to the side as there wasn’t enough space to sit on it. The kitchen was old and the electricity cut out when we put the electric kettle on.

good location nice property but could do with some fixing in places. The tumbler dryer does not heat up and therefore is useless. The sink leaks. it’s a nice property which needs a bit of attention. We enjoyed stayed there very much and there is plenty of space.

Great location for seeing all the main attractions in Lisbon. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Lots of restaurants near by and a big supermarket quite close.
Would not suit people with mobility difficulties.

Location was nice, at old town near major sights. Management was very helpful.
Old town was challenging to drive with bigger car. There are no parking places very near for bigger car. You should know, that old town has very big reliefs and narrow streets.

Location! Beds were very comfortable
Window in living room with view of water did not open

very spacious and comfortable living areas - clean and homely- excellent check in and great location. It is an older apartment so it has limitations, but staying there felt like a really authentic experience of Lisbon.
The double bed and bedroom is very small. No air-conditioning but we knew this and fans were fine for the time of year we were there.

Good location, in walking distance to main attractions.

Location and size of apartment
Showers were difficult to operate and control.

Great location and lovely view. Even though it has so central location, it was really quiet outside. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, including towels, shampoo and shower gel, washing and drying machine, iron, hairdryer and etc. There was no air conditioning in the apartment, but we had a fan in every room, so it was fine. We also had two bathrooms for 4 people, which was really convenient. And the guy who helped us to check-in was very friendly and helpful.
We were staying in the attic apartment, which was quite outdated. The WiFi was stable, but slow.

the location is the best , close to everything , taxi can drop us just in front of the door . the room and facilities were as shown. internet is fast.
it s at 2nd floor, no lift but it s really has good view. just 200 metres to scenic view and the castle , and not in dangerous area at all, many tourists around.
we feel so relaxed living there, living room is specious , fit fir 3-4 people ,
there were few things we would like to suggest,
pillows are so soft, may need to change the whole lot .
Lighting in the living room needed to upgrade the brightness as it s pretty dark at night .
the chairs at the dining room has noise when sit or move. ( in terms of using , it s okay)
one import thing, the lamp in the toilet, it s pretty low ceiling and the lamp hanging so low, if they could put just normal light bulb would be much better in order to conveniently use.
the place is in old town so there were noisy walking upstairs floor . gotto be careful if you are very sensitive when sleeping.
we were sorry we leave the room living room door opened, and some paper rubbish. we were so rush to the train. however we were okay to be charged for fines 30euro. it s our fault. and sorry again.
