Good communication; Easy access; Clean & comfortable; Central location; Easy check-in & check-out; All amenities provided
Living space wasn't great (hard for a group of 5 to eat or congregate together as communal space was awkwardly set out; noise disruption from outside (although to be expected due to location);

Location was very central and on a great shopping street. Spacious bedrooms and good bathrooms. Comfortable beds.
The noise!!! OMG the nearby rooftop bar pumps music from about 6pm until midnight/1am and it is so loud. No chance of sleeping with the noise and if the bathroom window is open, it's like being in the bar.
There is no proper 'living" area for relaxation or watching TV. TV is tiny and didn't even work.
