ibis budget Pontarlier

Check-in procedure. We booked by Booking.com. We paid the whole money and everything was ready for check-in but when we reach the hotel and were checking-in it was not proceeding and was asking for cerdit card. We put the same credit card used for our booking, the machine said "This credit card can't be used". No.other instructions were coming on screen. Then I went to Ibis hotel next to.it. The receptiinist told me to patly €2 for 2 people as city tax. I pait it and everythi g was sorted. €2 is not a big deal but you should take it with the booking. The check-in machine dont tell you that it is a problem of €2. This thing wasted my 30 minutes to get into the room.

Room ok breakfast was good location was good
