Location and staff

We stayed for one night and found the accommodation clean, fresh and comfortable, with plenty of room for our family of four. The bathroom was particularly spacious, clean and well-maintained. The hosts were very friendly, provided plenty of helpful information and kindly accommodated our late checkout request.
One small suggestion would be to use more neutral wording in the kitchenette notice, focusing on strong or lingering cooking aromas rather than particular types of food. This would make the guidance feel more welcoming and inclusive while still communicating the request clearly.

Absolutely loved the new refurbished rooms. Rooms were super clean and modern. Beds were comfy too! The view from our bed was spectacular. Loved that we could borrow board games and shovels for our time at Hot Water Beach. Everything was well thought out. Will recommend to our family and friends!

Beautiful and clean. All revamped since the local flooding and it looks great!
Hard to find anything wrong… Possibly needs a seat of some sort in the main room to put luggage on.
