Great location, well stocked, very clean. Was our second spring trip to Jay and we made the right choice with this condo. Short walk thru the parking lot to ski down to the magic carpet at Tramside. Ski back in thru the woods below Queen's Highway. Kitchen had everything you need and plenty of it. Beds where comfortable. Short walk to the Pump House and restaurants. Everything worked. Will stay when we come back.

Amazing place in an amazing location!

This is our second trip to this property and it was even more cozy than last year. It is so close to the ski slopes - just walk down! The hotel is only yards away and lots of restaurants - highly recommend !

Plenty of beds. Plenty of common area. Very clean. So close to water park and tram lodge!! Plan on using again!!!

The fireplace was beautiful, wish we had taken a family picture there. The beds were so comfy. Great location for my older son to ski out to the trail but also great for my younger son and I to walk to arcade and water park.

Perfect location. Beds were comfortable, and layout was good. Kitchen and some of the furniture could use some updates (especially the silverware drawer, be careful!). It's a great ski pad. We loved it and would definitely return. Thank you!

This location is great and was a breeze to find owing their provided directions. The host was wonderful and easy to reach. Cozy fireplace, large drop zone for ski stuff, large bedrooms, and fully stocked kitchen. We would stay again!

The place is in a great location. You can ski back to the property easily.but have to walk a little bit to ski out. The place is bigger than expected and met all our needs. The host was very helpful regarding the snow storm the day of arrival and how to navigate to the property safely.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo, the amenities were great and the location can’t be beat! Steps from the water park and a quick scoot to the mountain.

2nd time staying here for family March skiing. Great location, walked to water park, short walk across parking to ski down to tram side lifts. Condo is clean, well stocked, owners respond quickly and was especially nice this year as they let us know when cleaners were done for early check in. Will definitely look to stay again when we go back to Jay.

Location location! This is the ideal location at Jay Peak. You can ski right to the back door, and the water park/ hotel facilities are literally steps away. (This may be the closest condo to the water park.) The condo is very comfortably appointed. For example, there are hooks on the fireplace and above heating units so that there multiple places to hang wet ski clothes to dry (plus a washer/dryer). In addition to the 3 bedrooms, there are extra beds in the two upstairs rooms plus a daybed and dresser on the landing, so plenty of places for a family to spread out and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. It is a pleasure to cook in the kitchen, which is well stocked with utensils, paper goods, condiments, etc. As others have said, the photos do not do the place justice. If we return to Jay for another family vacation, we will return here!

One of the nicest places we have rented in ski resorts as a family. Location is walkable from the front door to the ski area. Condo is stocked with everything you need to bring your own food and cook. It is super clean, lots of towels and linens and blankets- we brought ours because we like to have some hominess but we didn’t need it! Place is SO homey. Owner responds in seconds anytime I had a question! Love this place …

We have stayed at several different places at the resort and this one topped them all. Very comfortable. Easy walk to ski trail. Ski right back to front door. Easy walk down to water park and all the Jay Hotel amenities. Dinning room is a little small but not an issue for our family of four. Might be the best location on the mountain for skiers and riders who don't want to stay in a hotel. Good mudroom too to house all your gear.

We went here with our 20 year old son and his two friends. Great set up with large bedroom upstairs for them and plenty of room downstairs for us too. Had a fooseball table which was enjoyed by the guys. Close to ski lifts, water park and ice rink. We would highly recommend this rental!

I wish there were a 4.5 star option! Why? The property location and owner communication are both outstanding (5 stars!). There were some minor issues and the owner was impressively prompt with my messages. The condo is spacious and appropriately appointed. My only critical points are that the downstairs shower is extremely small, the lighting is a bit harsh, and the kitchen appliances are a bit dated. ***I would definitely stay here again - had a wonderful time - but the minor points for future improvement are worth noting.***

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It's a very comfortable and homey condo, in a great location. We agree 100% with past reviewers, the pictures don't do it justice. Had everything we needed and then some, and our hosts were very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to visit Jay with a family. Will hopefully return ourselves in the future!

We loved staying at Ed's place. It was so conveniently located on Tram side with a very short walk to the ski trail to the lift, walking distances to the Pumphouse , Ice Haus, stores and restaurants. The condo was very clean and had plenty of room for all. The kitchen had everything that we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was way better than expected! It was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed and more! We would definitely love to rent again. We just hope for an earlier check in next time.
