Staff are wonderfully helpful. Rooms small but well laid out so comfortable for two people. Location is a 10 , just off the main covered shopping street with dozens of restaurants and coffee shops. Breakfast was okay but coffee shops nearby open at 7 am pans and offer food options

Nagasaki is a beautiful city with a deep and profound history. This hotel is brilliantly located to access everything you need. It is at the corner of a lively covered shopping arcade and close to transport . It is clean and comfortable. I miss it already!

Good location. Good to be close to transport and shops and restaurants
The room was reasonably small, with a large massage chair (which we didn't use) taking up a lot of the space. It also meant the bed was pushed up against one wall which is really awkward.
Another small issue was that it was so dark in the wardrobe you couldn't see inside your bag. We had to use our torch any time we wanted to find anything.
