Tv remote didn't work, tv didn't work well, light in cook top not working. Daughter's cabin had mold and awful curtains

Excellent location . The place was clean and fairly confortable . Very good value for price .

In the morning we had no power to cook our breakfast . While trying to use toaster , the power tripped and we could not fix it .

Great location. Old cabin, but very clean. Bed was good.

1. Fridge way too small, for groceries, even for one person.

We booked the log cabin for our family of 5. It was lovely but could do with a deep clean. Carpet looked very dirty, floors were so dirty that kids feet or white socks had black bottoms. Bathroom quite dated and could do with some attention. Good kitchen facilities and the most amazing location in Halls Gap. Bunk beds incredibly uncomfortable, just worn in foam mattresses. The queen bed very firm and my parent's struggled to have a good sleep. Location was the winner here for us and the reception staff very friendly and helpful.

The location is perfect, with most Grampian attraction a quick drive away and close to all the wildlife who come to visit at sundown. The rooms were clean and checkin/out easy.

The staff could have been friendlier at times, the showers were tiny and the A/C or heater was very loud

Fantastic location and very good price. Shower was hot and aircon working. Late check in allowed. Bed was comfortable. Good size for 2 or up to 6.

The budget cabin I stayed in was very dated and could have done with a deep clean. Carpets were stained and unfortunately had a strong smell. Spider webs everywhere had not been removed for my arrival. Windows could not be secured from the inside and easily slid opened from the outside. No veranda or outside area other than the parking slab.

Location, close to shops restaurants etc. Central to hiking trails.

Wifi poor, and patchy.

The location of the venue and the cabin was adequate for 5 people.

The exhaust fan was too loud and the lighting was a bit dull. The cleanliness of the rooms was not the best but it was not a dealbreaker.
