location excellent
competitively priced
loved little extras in room, very thoughtful
small but everything I needed
good strong water flow in shower
coffee machine and kettle and fridge
the locking of door took a bit of figuring out (when you leave)
the noise on front of the hotel as there is a bar and over spill but hotel provides ear plugs and can't help the neighbours

Great location in the 1st district, walking distance to everything I chose to do. Self check-in was great and I found out later that they actually will keep your bags if you have to checkout with some time remaining in Vienna. I ended up using another service close to the train station, but it's nice that they offer that. I had quite a heavy bag, so the elevator to the mezzanine level was nice to have.
The room is very small, but it is appropriately described in the listing, so that's expected. The hot water kettle didn't work, but I didn't really care, so didn't complain about it. Also you would have to fill it in the shower because it wouldn't fit under the faucet in the bathroom.
