Angkul Angkul Beach Inn Kuta

the location is perfect, close enough to the beach and market. The pool is really refreshing. The bed in the room is very comfortable. I love the mattress. Even though the room is small it is still enough specially for the price.

No fridge in the room and room could of been a nit cleaner. But nothing to major.

- Location is good. Short walk to the beach and beachfront mall. - Bed is very big and comfortable.

- Complete lack of customer service with this hotel. Staff are rarely present and I messaged them with issues on the first night and I still have not received a reply (see below). - The WiFi here is non existent. It does not work at all. - The room is ant central. Lots of ants get through the bottom of the door and we had to use our towels to stop them. Also the bathrooms are infested with drain larve, absolutely disgusting! - The shower itself is all limescale and you do not feel fully clean after a shower. - The shampoo and shower gel were very low and we received no room service during our stay (there was no information provided on check in). - Our bed sheets had stains on them which were there before we checked in. - The air conditioning does not work, they have it on one setting which was okay but the remote can not be used to change at all. - On check out, again staff were not present and we just had to leave the key on the desk.
