Very nice location. I was very positively surprised by the food. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and offered a great variety of options. The breakfast was especially impressive, as we often stay in hotels and dine in hotel restaurants, and here everything was exceptionally well seasoned and flavorful, which is not very common. A big kudos for providing complimentary drinks with dinner, including tea, coffee, water, and beverages from the juice dispenser. I was a little concerned about the crowded dining rooms after reading some other reviews, but in reality it was much better than I had anticipated. The apartments are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the atmosphere in the evening is beautiful. The overall concept of the resort, especially for families, is excellent. If you are travelling with a dog, there is plenty of space for walks nearby, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches such as a dog bowl, poop bags, and a dog towel waiting in the apartment.

Firstly, the overall resort looks a bit worn and in need of maintenance. This applies both to the apartments and the outdoor areas. You keep noticing many small issues that could be fixed quite easily. Even the fence next to the parking lot was missing numerous screws. The shower in our apartment was particularly disappointing. Looking at the photos, it appears modern and comfortable, but the reality was different. The control panel did not work, several of the shower functions barely operated due to low water pressure, and the whole structure felt shaky and unstable. The biggest disappointment was the wellness area. The promotional photos strongly suggest a modern wellness facility with both indoor and outdoor saunas. However, the outdoor sauna area is completely separate and can only be rented privately by individuals or groups. The pricing is not readily available and must be obtained from reception, which is something guests should be aware of in advance. The pool and sauna area was very crowded with children. We knew this was a family resort, so that in itself was not an issue. Unfortunately, there is no separation between the pool and sauna zones. Children often play around the cold plunge barrel, making it difficult for sauna guests to cool down and relax after a session. It is also a pity that there are no adult-only hours except on Fridays and Saturdays. Another drawback is the limited opening hours. Check-in starts after 4:00 PM, while the wellness area closes at 8:00 PM. Once dinner is included in the schedule, there is very little time left to fully enjoy the facilities. We booked at the last minute and received what I consider a fair price, so overall I am satisfied with the value we received. However, had I paid the full rates I see on many other dates, I would have left feeling quite disappointed.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Apartments sind sehr sauber und sehr groß. Es ist ein Paradies für Familien mit Kinder bis 12 Jahre.

Nichts

Die Unterkunft an sich war sehr sauber und geräumig. Das Essen im Restaurant sehr lecker und preiswert.

Allerdings haben uns in der Küche diverse Utensilien gefehlt (kein Backofen, keine Mikrowelle). Geschirr und Besteck war auch sehr begrenzt. Darüber hinaus ist man bei der Buchung davon ausgegangen, dass das Kind automatisch im Wohnzimmer auf dem Schlafsofa schläft. Es war von vornherein keiner Bett für das Kind vorgesehen.

Das Hotel macht von außen einen guten Eindruck. Leider ist das Appartment etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Bad löste sich die Beschichtung vom Badschrank, der Duschschlauch war sehr verkalkt, die Terassendielen hatten Risse oder waren gebrochen, der Tisch war bisschen von der Heizung verbrannt usw. Sauber war das Zimmer. Der Kamin macht keinen Sinn, da er viel zu nah an der Wand, Sofa und Tisch stand. Das ist sehr gefährlich. Es gab jedoch auch kein Holz, weshalb wahrscheinlich keiner ihn nutzt. Der Ausblick ist in der gesamten Anlage wunderschön. Die Anlage hat sehr viel zu bieten. Vor allem meine Kinder kamen nicht zu kurz- zwei Spielplätze, der Pool und ein Tobeland. Im Sommer ist es sicherlich noch schöner. Das Frühstück ist mit 15€ ziemlich teuer ( auch Kinder zahlen voll). Die Auswahl ist jedoch sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr kühl und eher unfreundlich. Alles in allem ist es ok, aber nicht für den Preis- zumal man für Frühstück, Parkplatz und Babybett extra zahlen muss. Das muss also noch mitbedacht werden.
