Great location

The flat was a bit humid. you can hear neighbours walking so of you want to have a good sleep you definitely need to bring earplugs with you

Being able to walk to everything. Decent space in studio. Good light inside.

Parking was not very convenient and walking uphill with luggage on cobblestone was a bit difficult, but we're fit so it was manageable.

Good location, big apartment, 2 bathrooms and a terrace with a view. Easy check-in and check-out.

When we arrived the crib for the baby was not in the property (even if we specifically ordered one), so we immediately contacted the property who brought us the crib, however without the mattress, so basically we couldn't use it at all (as it was only the 'skelet'). We received an apology around midnight and that was it, no action was taken to solve this. We had to manage somehow for the small kid to sleep on a normal bed. Moreover the parking nearby is very expensive (25 EUR per day).

The location is central in the old town and close to restaurants and cafes. The studio apartment was cute and comfortable, with a good view from the windows.

The soundproofing in the apartment was non-existent. The ceiling felt like just a single layer of wooden floor boards - when tenants above me arrived, I could hear every word and every footstep from the moment they entered the building until they went to sleep. I was once again woken by their footsteps from above when they got up early in the morning, and I am usually a heavy sleeper.

The location was excellent!

View from terrace covered in broken glass was of rubbish. No hot water and owner couldn't fix it.

Owner didn't want to acknowledge problem with hot water and kept trying to tell us or would warm up in 30 minutes after he had left. We asked him to stay and after an hour he left and we still had no hot water!

The location of the hotel is close to many attractions. It is 5 mins to find a nice café for breakfast.

There is no lift in the property. Our room is on the top floor and the stair is quite narrow. We were struggling to carry our suitcases up. The parking is less than 10 minutes walking but it is uphill. The bathroom is really small and we only have 3 towels for 4 guests.

The location of the apartment is incredible. Despite the rainy weather, the apartment made it possible for us to swing by any time! Overall everything was very clean and it has all the commodities needed for a couple of days. Thank you!!
