TV and internet were a bit dodgy

Location was centeal to everything we needed to do.

The gym room door was busted so wasnt able to be used.

The accommodation was adequate for our needs - spacious and clean. A cot was provided for the baby but not set up.

I was really unhappy with check in. As we had advised ahead, we arrived late and were travelling with an infant. The key card did not open the door to our rooms because of "a programming error". Mistakes happen so that was not the concern. The concern was that we could not reach anyone for help. There was no response on one of the phone numbers and a message on the manager's number which said that a message could not be left because the message bank was full. Eventually after multiple tries my daughter raised someone who came and confirmed that there was an issue with the key card and let us in - and shortly after that the manager came and took care of the problem. After a very long day of travel, particularly with an infant, it was extremely annoying having to fiddle around trying multiple times to get the door open then spend ages trying to get help. How can a hotel manager not be available....and with a full message bank!
