Hyatt Regency Tianjin East

Breakfast was very good. A lot of options. However I missed some food I use to eat in my home country: toast with chocolate paste, High quality beef & chicken meat selection, western pastries selections: croissant, pain au chocolat, pain au raisin...

The joints in the bathroom were kind of black dirty. Would appreciated a cleaner bathroom.

Great hospitality. English speaking staff and they made extra sure that we had everything we needed. The dinner buffet was fantastic!

La limpieza y comida son excelentes

Las habitaciones no tienen buen aire acondicionado, no enfría nada solo es ventilador. Me tuvieron que llevar un ventilador extra para poder tener más fresca la habitación, esto fue en inicio de la primavera no imagino en pleno verano como aguanta la gente así sin buen aire acondicionado

Clean rooms and a quite location

The availability of Western or non-Chinese food is very limited. Communication is also challenging, as almost no one in the restaurants speaks English, making it difficult to order or ask for assistance. Apart from a few staff members at the reception, it was hard to communicate with anyone. The breakfast quality was below the Hyatt standard I have experienced at other Hyatt properties. In addition, the lobby bar offers very limited Western options, with only a single burger dish available.
