The location was perfect. A short stroll into the old town and beach but quiet where the accomodation is. Lots of restaurants near the accomodation.

Goran met us on arrival and looked after or cases until check in time. He showed us around the accommodation and how the air con, tv etc worked and gave us his number. He couldn't have been more helpful, ordered us taxis, answered questions and was always cheerful. The apartment we booked had a sea view and it was lovely having the doors open and just looking at the water from the sofa. It was an easy 15 minute walk to Kotor old town and there were plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

There was nothing we didn't like

Beautiful, spacious and very well-maintained apartments. The units were exceptionally clean and the property itself was lovely.

Unfortunately, the communication with the owner was extremely difficult. I contacted the property several times through Booking.com before my family’s arrival, including to ask about the possibility of early check-in or simply leaving their luggage, but I never received a response. As I was in the middle of my wedding week and unable to be there personally, my family arrived around midday to ask whether they could leave their luggage until check-in. The owner reacted in a very aggressive and unwelcoming manner, shouting at them in front of the property. They do not speak his language, which made the situation particularly uncomfortable and intimidating. I completely understand that they arrived before the official check-in time, but given that I had tried several times to contact the property without receiving any response, I believe the situation could have been handled much more professionally and politely. After I spoke with the owner through my partner, the situation was resolved and my family was allowed to leave their luggage. During the stay, they were also given a very large number of strict rules, to the point that they felt uncomfortable making any noise or using the property normally. I understand that a high-quality property requires guests to take care of it, but these expectations could have been communicated in a much more welcoming and respectful way. I am sharing this feedback because the property itself is beautiful and deserves recognition, but the guest experience was unfortunately affected by the owner’s attitude and lack of communication. As the property is listed on an international platform, I believe it is important to communicate respectfully with guests from different countries and cultures.
