O apartamento era muito organizado, limpo e muito bem localizado. A host foi extremamente atenciosa, querida e pronta pra ajudar no que quer que precisássemos!

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y tiene todas las comodidades además de limpio y tiene la posibilidad de garaje justo al lado. Súper recomendable.

fab location, walking distance to almost all landmarks, spacious and comfortable except one thing…

the drainage in the apartment has serious issues, it’s blocked every time we use the shower, we believe it’s an infrastructure thing no matter how hard the host try to upkeep it. On our second night water was overflowed from the shower unit to the ground, and similar to the shower draining the one on the floor has issues too so there’s a moment water gusted out back from the pipes and the water goes into the kitchen area, we used all we found to mop the floor and push the water back into the toilet area. Luckily the water stops coming out from the drain after some time and we can cease our work after 1/2 hour or so

How convenient its location is, few steps from Zocodover square. The parking arrangement made all the difference especially because it was raining on our stay.

We stayed in Cervantes 8. An absolutely perfect location about three minutes walk down from Toledo’s historic main square, Zocodover. The apartment is tastefully furnished, is roomy and light. It has a modern kitchen which is very well equipped, and includes a big fridge and freezer, a Nespresso machine and capsules. The bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge were a nice touch. The bathroom is also very nice and features a high tech shower. Lovely wooden floors in the lounge, bedroom and hallway. There is even a little balcony off the bedroom on which you could enjoy a coffee on warmer days. There’s a view over the river from the lounge and kitchen. Although the apartment is very close to the centre of town, it is quiet overnight. Isa, who manages the property, was a joy to deal with. She was incredibly responsive and very helpful. Getting into the apartment was very easy, thanks to the detailed instructions and videos she sent us in advance as we arrived late. If you’re coming to Toledo, plan at least two nights to see all this historic and beautiful town has to offer. We highly recommend this apartment. We’ll be back!

The only slight improvement could be to the WiFi, which works well when you stand next to the router but not well in the bedroom. Or perhaps it was due to the unusually cool, rainy conditions! We arrived on foot, which meant a bit of a struggle up and down the steep street, but if you’re arriving by car, it’s simple. Isa offers a car park just across the road from the apartment.

The views from the apartment were incredible and had us in awe. The apartment was about 3 mins walk to the centre of the old town. The host Isa met us with enthusiasm and was full of great tips and knowledge on the town. Isa was available at all hours and responded immediately to our queries. As the washing machine in the apartment did not work, they provided free access to the laundromat across the road for free, which came in very handy. We would return without hesitation.

The option of smaller and softer pillows would be beneficial.

the place is very clean and the receptionist is very nice and polite and helpful.
