Beautiful house with beautiful view over False Bay.

alarm system gave us a few issues and had the security company around a few times.

Large modern soberly furnished apartment with fully equipped kitchen including washing machine. Extensive briefing on the technical equipment, such as elevator, whirlpool, alarm system, etc.. Spectacular views over the bay by day and night.
The terraces have full sun and are very hotand windy.
The parasol could not be stretched due to the strong wind. A written explanation about the technical equipment for reference, especially in case of load shedding would be helpful.

The location was ideal and the views were outstanding - sunrise and sunsets were particularly impressive.
The quality of the throws, kitchen appliances, equipment and scented candles were exceptional
Safety was also clearly a priority.
The leaking roof in the 2 corners of the lounge was unappealing and both the curtains had a visible stain along the length of them as a result.
The lack of privacy and exposure of the toilets in the second and third bedrooms were uncomfortable.
The inability to close one of the bedroom doors upstairs (and which remained stuck for the duration of the stay) was disconcerting.

.Apartment had lots of space, a lift entering directly onto the second floor to ease the luggage.. Lovely jacuzzi overlooking the ocean. A kitchen with all the utensils available.we appreciated the grocery items prestocked.(milk,tea,coffee, water, grape/appetizers, biscuits etc) Bathrooms were huge, especially the en suite.good security system with lock up gates and alarm system.location was close to R44 as well as public beach.Well managed by mr francois.
Lack of daily cleaning services..otherwise all good.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location.
the wind was a bit of a problem on the top floor during the night. we were a bit worried about things rattling.
