Hotel Phileas Lazare & Spa - Opera

The location was perfect - perfect for getting all around Paris from Saint Lazare, like we did - and near Gallery Lafayette. The coffee in the foyet and water dispenser were really decent too - and the staff helpful. The room was lovely and big and looked beautiful

The breakfast was limited, so we decided to go out for breakfast nearby

We had a wonderful stay at Phileas Hôtel. The location is excellent, right across from Saint-Lazare train station, which was especially convenient for us as we took a train from there to Normandy. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay incredibly delicious and made with high-quality products. The staff were also very kind, welcoming, and attentive. We especially appreciated how accommodating the hotel was. Whenever possible, they were happy to arrange an early check-in or late check-out, which made our stay much more comfortable.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, incredible breakfast and we got upgraded to a bigger room!

Nothing

The hotel is located close to Gare Lazare. Staff were friendly.

The hotel is not in a nice area of Paris. The room we were in was supposedly a free upgrade but it was small and didn’t feel clean. The curtains didn’t hang properly and toilet door didn’t fit the door frame. Furniture was scuffed and tired looking.
