Great location with easy walking access to everything. Nice bed and located in a quiet courtyard.
A little old and needs an upgrade but nothing too major.

The location of the property is in the ideal spot for the triangle of bars.
There were door handles falling off the bathroom door which led to my friend being locked in there, non of the internal doors shut properly.
The second room Sofa bed was horrible to sleep on it doesn't join together so it's like 2 single beds pushed together. The blinds don't work in the bedroom. It's lacking a days work for a handy man to make this so much better and Get rid of the sofa bed in the bedroom and put in 2 singles beds

The apartment was spacious and warm, well situated in the city close to key areas and bars and restaurants.
The apartment itself was not very clean at all and looked lit was falling apart l. Wallpaper ripped, bathroom light bulbs which had blown up, dirty flooring and broken blinds.
For a few lads you probably wouldn't care but I know my mother and sister would have most definitely wanted to have changed apartments.
