Good location for drop off after tours as they tend to end in the town. Also good access to main restaurants and tour operator officers. Staff friendly.
Felt it was overpriced for the quality and standard of accommodation. Though San Pedro de Atacama was expensive in general.

The hosts were very supportive and responsive. Breakfast was available either between fixed hours or for takeaway, which allowed flexible planning. Wifi connection was relatively stable and reliable, even for work.

Close to the centre and nice Hostal with good breakfast and charming courtyard

Nice friendly wee place, I've been coming here for years, long before Booking.
Good simple breakfast. Nice courtyard to ejoy the sun (or shade).
The rooms could do with a fresh coat of paint.
Soap and shampoo in the shower would be useful.

Clean,breakfast great, and owner was very accommodating assisting us with booking tours....
Water shut off at 12Pm and electric outage in our last night ...other than that the rooms could use a chair

heating was terrible , only switched on in the evening that too close to no heat . the staff couldn’t communicate in English ( it’s not their fault but the owner should communicate that in the description) and I came down with altitude sickness and no one could help due to communication barrier. the lock and the key are a task to open as they don’t have 24hour reception. they charge quite a lot so it’s not cheap for the facilities they provide. Basically it’s called hostal but it’s not a hostel and just rooms with minimum help from the desk. should have chosen some other accommodations.

Very good location just close to the main street, caring and kind staff, rooms are cleaned everyday ! Excellent !

1.-I booked thinking is a HOTEL as the main title of the page said ... My surprise when I arrived was a HOSTAL and i could not cancel my booking or they gonna charged the full amount.
2.- On the main page, they clearly said "Airport shuttle" i contacted them after my booking was done and they said " its a mistake " BUT they gonna book a transfer for me.. NEVER happened i sent them emails even when i was at the airport in Calama.
3.- I stayed 4 days and probably I had 5 seconds of hot water... The water flow was very weak and cold.
4.- The bed uff really noise.
I really feel like I overpaid this place. or I've got ripped off.
