The property was in a great location. We were attending a wedding at nearby Montrose House- only a 2min drive down the road! The property was clean and the hosts were lovely and welcoming. Sutton Forest Inn was only 50m up the road- a great place for dinner. The beds were comfortable and we were very warm during what was a chilly and rainy weekend.

The house was perfect, comfortable and warm, Its on a great parcel of land and you can watch the animals from the comfort of the home. Very comfortable beds and lounge, great dining area and Kathy was a great host.

Not much at all, only thing that would be of use is wifi, as only Telstra works in this part of the country, so other networks have trouble getting reception.

Great location and a beautiful rural setting. Accommodation had real old-world charm yet was modern as well. The wood fire was a bonus on a rather chilly night. 4 poster bed was a nice surprise and the beds were very comfortable. Property was immaculate and clean. Everything you could need for a few nights.
