Easy to get into Perth CBD using the bus right out the front. Shuttle pick up from airport.

Very noisey from other guests running around the corridors, being a Saturday night from footy fans returning . Placed right next to the laundry. If you not use to traffic noise wear ear plugs.

The property is well located and is surrounded with many facilities to help make your stay more convenient than most other accommodation properties. The staff and management are extremely friendly and very welcoming and their complimentary airport shuttle is one of the best offered.

There is nothing that I could say that I didn't like There could be a little more attention to detail with the cleaning of the rooms with the blinds very dusty and the rooms should be fitted with ceiling or floor mounted fans in the bedrooms for those that don't like sleeping with air conditioners being on.

The Staff are absolutely amazing they all were just so friendly and helpful. And the room was spacious, clean, comfortable.

Sometimes the parking is not enough to cater for the number of cars needed to park.

Staff on booking in were lovely, having the ice machine was a great bonus. The vending machines had a great range of products which was a big surprise.

Went to the pool but the water was to cold.

The room was clean and the location is good.

There were people wandering around the hotel asking for smokes and money, which made my wife and son very uncomfortable.

Clean room and a very convenient location near the airport, Charles Paterson Park and Victoria Park shops. Nice hotel for the purpose of a short stay.

The staff could be a bit more friendly and hospitable. I wasn't offered the option of breakfast on check-in and so didn't know how to go about it. I went to cafes instead but it would've have been nice to know about the option. Also wasn't told any info about the area or hotel so had to figure it out on my own. Really just told where to find the lift so tiredly find the lift and room in the dark wasn't really fun. Guess that's the service you pay for though! Check-out was quick but again wasn't met with a friendly personality. Pool is advertised to be open from 7am/8am? but found it locked at 8.30am. Had to ask the pool cleaner to unlock it and awkwardly had to have a short swim in one half of the pool while he cleaned the pool. I'd probably suggest cleaning is done earlier and you unlock the pool when it's supposed to be open. There is a shuttle service to the airport and I was disappointed to find this is only offered Monday-Friday.
