The double bed is in need of upgrade as it is not comfortable and too small for two. Travellers after all generally rate getting good sleep as essential. We suggest larger twin singles which can be adapted to at least Queen size would be a great investment turning the apartment into an excellent choice.

The location was unbeatable, very central on a pretty street with lovely shops and cafes all around.The apartment is also large and very well equipped. The building is clean, safe and has a lift. Really perfect for a long or short stay. The welcome and advice was also perfect.

The location is perfect. In the city center and in a very lovely street. It is near the canal in a street that has shops and restaurants. Also the renter is a vey nice person he even came to pick as from the train station by car and recommended places to visit and eat.

Great location, apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed. All kitchen appliances (the ones we used) fully working. Felt really at home!!

No free parking even though this is stated on booking.com as a feature of this property. This needs updating. Car park a few steps away was recommended (with helpful directions by the host) but it cost €35 for our 2 night stay so factor this to your costs! Location is very central to some bars so we were woken both nights by rowdy people a few times shouting as they walked past.

Excellent place to stay. Five minutes walk from city center. The design and decor of the apartment is very cozy, and you have all the utensils you need in the place if you want to cook or something.

Nothing to say. I´d recommend this place to everyone going to Aveiro. Just to say something, it´s difficult to park in the zone, and you have to pay for it, but you can always park a few blocks away from the apartment.

Excellent location in the heart of the city Owner of the apartment extremely helpful, kind and flexible. Speaks fluent English. Very easy to communicate 👌 Well equipped kitchenette and spacious dining area. Bonus to have a lift to the apartment :) Walking distance to the city center, university of Aveiro, shopping malls and most of the attractions in the city.

Beds should be more comfy, but the owner is working on upgrading the beds. Sometimes at night you can hear the people talking in the street next to the apartment, but it can easily fixed if you closed the windows when you're sleeping. Otherwise it's very spacious and very nice apartment I dont have anything to dislike 🙂
