We got very detailed instructions on how to self check in which were easy to follow. The room itself was very clean. It was quiet and the beds were very comfortable.
The air con wasn’t very powerful, but it was a particularly hot night.

The room was clean, spacious , quiet it has comfortable beds. The location is close to the old city center and about 35 min walk to Funicolare Bergamo - Città Alta,
Good communication with the host. There are no parking spaces in front of the building as it is located on a busy main street , but you can find places with a fee nearby. Near the train station , opposite the building are some railway tracks.

Good location near centre and train station.
Bad smell in the bathroom, quite complicated check-in process with too many questions and infomation.
