This is a tiny loft apartment that resembles a yacht as it’s right on the ocean with a lovely terrace with stunning views of the bay and harbour. it’s quirky and very small but it’s eclectic style really appealed to us and we loved every minute there. We booked for two nights and managed to get a extra day.

The position is world class…it’s a miniature Amalfie apartment at a fraction of the cost. Lovely beach 10 minute walk with great swimming and west facing for the sunsets. Fabulous restaurants down the alley and good walk up the steps to the main town and castle which is lovely and fascinating. The hosts mother even made us the most delicious lemon sponge cake (see photo).

Everything was wonderful, especially the view from the room to the sea, the balcony was directly on the water. The room itself is very comfortable, decorated in very nice a maritime style. Zero problem with accomodation, there is free parking at the port about 150 m from apartament where we found free place.

Casa il Soffio di Eolo was beautiful, located right on the water of a historic fishing village. The room was lovely with French doors opening onto a balcony overlooking the sea, with 2 comfortable chairs and a small table and 2 chairs. Owned by a family who fishes, the property also included a restaurant featuring their catch. Their food was delicious, extremely fresh fish prepared in a variety of ways. in spite of the restaurant being just below the our room, we were lulled to sleep by the sound of the water and murmurs of the guests- not loud or distracting at all.

The only thing to mention is that the property is a bit of a hike from the place to park, and that parking is limited. We didn’t have any issue with accessibility, but could imagine that some might struggle with that issue. For us, it only added to the charm!

We loved everything about this apartment. The apartment is equipped with all comforts and is very clean. Giusy is a fantastic host, her attention to detail is exceptional with all her quirky pieces dotted around. The view from the balcony and the lapping of the water is a slice of heaven. We will always stay here when we visit Scilla.

Perfectly located in Chianalea, exquisite decor and attention to details in every aspect. Fantastic guest amenities and a super welcoming host. Spectacular view, comfortable and clean room. The host runs a restaurant just next to the lodge, the food is delicious and the service impeccable. Highly recommended

Cozy room with a great balcony overlooking the fishing village with the castle above. Owners picked us up at the train station.

It’s a tight squeeze going up the stairs with luggage. The ceiling above the toilet is very low and challenging for a tall man.

A beautiful room with a balcony right by the sea, with a wonderful view, in the old fisherman's district. The hostess left us a richly stocked fridge and coffee supplies to prepare breakfast :) In the area a lot of fish restaurants, which unfortunately were closed - end of October.
