Hotel 1697 Loreto

The hotel is absolutely lovely! The set up of the rooms around the central courtyard and pool was homey and convenient, our room was very clean and incredibly comfortable. It wasn’t large, but it had absolutely everything we needed, including a fairly good sized refrigerator for a hotel room. But what really sets the hotel apart is the incredible staff. Veronica was everywhere - she cooked breakfast complementary in the morning to order, she was in our room cleaning whenever we needed it, friendly, helpful, and incredibly hospitable. Alajandro, the manager, was welcoming and very helpful. His son young Alajandro was professional, friendly and very helpful and hospitable. The location was perfect for closeness to the historic center, but felt quiet and almost isolated in a good way.

Very clean and new. Ground floor opened on to entrance. Great restaurant on site. Full breakfast cooked personally for each guest. Alejandro was so polite and helpful.

Nothing

Our four-night stay was exceptional in every way. The staff was kind, gracious, and conscientious. Our room was lovely. It was tastefully decorated, clean, and quiet. It opened out to the gorgeous pool area. Daily housekeeping added to the comfortable stay. A wonderful breakfast was prepared poolside daily. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

It was all good
