The room was very clean.

The bed was so hard and I hardly slept- it caused pain in my hip bones sleeping on my side, I had to fold the extra blanket and the mattress cover in half to get any sleep. Breakfast was disappointing, undrinkable bitter cappuccino and pre-packaged brioche. Staff arrived after 20 minutes of ringing the bell and there was no one available at the reception to check out. Housekeeping started cleaning at 8:00 in the room next to mine and woke me from the little sleep I got. They then knocked on the door at 9:30 to clean my room - check out is by 10:00.

The access by local transportation. There is only one bus line from/to Verona city center with a bad timetable.

The hotel, the staff, the comfort and cleanliness of the room, the value for money, the breakfast... all was good and I really enjoyed my stay. Besides, you can easily park your car at the hotel, or even safely on the street.

There's really nothing special to complaint about. There was just a little noise from the room wall.

The staff is polite and efficient, very discreet. I booked a room at a truly accessible price; it was beautiful, peaceful and provided with all comforts (including a tiny fridge with free water bottles). The area is served by market and restaurants, and linked to the main city (Verona) by a frequent bus service. The hotel is also just a few minutes walk from the renowned Sacro Cuore hospital, a reference center for endometriosis disease.

Nothing to complain about, it more than lived up to my expectations
