The location is great. Central but still quiet. Clean, well equipped and felt like home for a couple of days. Friendly welcome.

The only missing appliances was a hairdryer and a water kettle. The latter not unusual for an Italian home, still would be a plus considering international visitors.

I have to start by mentioning the lovely Mara, who met us at the apartment and showed us around. The apartment is really nice, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen has everything you need, and the beds are amazing – we slept better than at home. We felt great there. It’s in Cannaregio, a quiet area with no crowds, but it’s just a short walk to the main canal, where there are lots of great restaurants. There is a good supermarket nearby, and the main attractions can be reached in 30 minutes. I highly recommend it! It’s a perfect place to stay in Venice.
