Our go-to place for our stays in Guadalajara. The entire staff makes you feel welcomed. The grounds are stunning and location could not be better. The restaurant is amazing and the head chef is creative. And Charlie, the head bartender, is so friendly!

Mattresses need to be refreshed and getting out of the pool was difficult.

It's a great place, clean and comfortable and many of the same employees year after year. Charlie and Mercedes stand out! The restaurant also has great food!

good location f Tlaquepaque, the staff at reception and the restaurant were exceptionally good. parking is good.

rooms …meh. hard beds, small & cramped. bathroom especially tiny and uncomfortable. like the tiny rooms in Europe only crammed with more stuff. Lots of street noise - building shook when big trucks went by. We didn’t really rest well. We have had other similar hotels close by at much better price point. Not a great value, here. Restaurant had great service - food was hit or miss - some good meat dishes but disappointed w the pizza (undercooked dough) (they did credit it off). Put an extra $360 on my credit card, as deposits, which I hope will be reversed. But that is not normal.
