Riviera Resort

Great location

None

We had Dinner and Breakfast and we got some bites. The food was excellent. However the bites we ordered had very low salt levels and tasted not really good. It was not done as we requested. We did not patronise the pool. The room was really good and very comfortable. But the hot water kettle was not cleaned and it was there with used water and we had to request the staff to get it cleaned. Lastly the room did not have a TV. which is a basic thing in any hotel. Please consider that. Further, when we checked in at the reception or later no one gave us the WIFI details, so we thought there is no WIFI. We have been to this place many time before and we know how the service here and the quality of the food. To tell you the truth that standard has now been declined. Please try to maintain. Its a very nice and peaceful location in Batticola.

I have mentioned all above

It’s in a big park with a pool, trees and animals. Close to Kallady Bridge and to the beach. The houses are very well designed and practical.

The restaurant had very long waiting times (more than 1 hour if not ordered in advance) and mixed up orders.
