staff very difficult to communicate with. wrong information, broken promises and referring a lot to management voor very simple decisions.

The breakfast was excellent but the staffs are very slow. The location is excellent!!!!!!

The bed is very uncomfortable. The bathroom have so many leakages.

I liked the size of the room, and sheets were comfortable.

1. Staff at the reception was rude. 2. I was demanded to pay either in cash($) or by card. However, my card was charged in Birr rather than ($). 3. Went to the restaurant and waited for 20 mins whilst supervisor was berating staff for unknown reasons. No one bothered to come and take my order irrespectiveof me beckoning.

They gave something other that we booked they said no king bed for family only for couple also the charges is different when we pay them at the place
