Short distance from spirit of Tasmania terminal.

Too run down, uncomfortably so.

Heater had a bad smell when turned on. Not a lot of lighting in the room

We had a new bathroom area. Was the cleanest part of the room

The cigarette smoke smell, the old mattress, people coming to our door asking for spare change and cigarettes. The paper thin walls that let you hear everything from others.

Had two separate 1 night stays. Room 26 - smells like mould, is dirty and the door doesn’t lock. Room 6 - is much better but the sink tap needs fixing. Clean sheets!

Absolutely nothing.

This would have to be the worst hotel we have ever booked. We stayed 10 minutes, long enough to take photos. Kitchen cupboard missing. Sink tap not connected. Mould was on windows, shower area and walls. Outside had dead plants. Dirty metal ash trays. We had access to the asbestos roof if we wanted to. Not safe for children. Dirty torn curtains. We have requested a refund but it has fallen on deaf ears. It's now in the hands of consumer affairs, council and booking.com

no hot water - really? yep. others complaining and said also no heating/aircon. staff really difficult to deal with.
