Nice room on 3rd floor with grand view over the main pedestrian street of the old town. Comfortable and well equipped, with kettle, cutlery and crockery and fridge.

Not a problem to us, but our room was up 3 flights of quite steep stairs, and the en suite shower etc was also rather tight for larger people.

Fantastic room situated in the heart of Dubrovnik old town. On arrival was met with genuine warmth and a friendly manner. Room was everything you could need and more. Spotlessly clean, great air-conditioning, first impressions were wow. The bathroom was spotless with a great shower, as hot (or cold) as I wanted to be and great water pressure. Then I noticed the little things. The kettle with plenty tea and coffee, cutlery and plates should you wish to have food in the room. Fridge that runs so silent I never heard it once. The bathroom had minitures of toiletries. Leaflets on the town with recommendations. There was even a history of Dubrovnik book for a bedtime story! And the view from my room onto Stradun, the main street, fantastic. Approx 15-20 minute walk to the airport bus pick up location. Everywhere seemed a short walk away. Highly recommend.

No issues at all. As the posting says the stair is narrow if you have large luggage or mobility issues.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, it's right in the heart of Dubrovnik's old town, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The bed was comfortable and the room came with all the amenities we needed. It's soundproof too.

Unfortunately, our stay was significantly affected by an air conditioning breakdown that happened the night before we arrived. The heat in the room became unbearable, even with a fan running, and with a small child in tow, it made for some very difficult nights of sleep. To their credit, the staff worked around the clock trying to fix the issue, but ultimately weren't able to resolve it during our stay. We did receive a 50% refund, which was appreciated. That said, we wish the situation had been handled a bit differently. We were repeatedly told the AC was about to be fixed, so we held off on looking elsewhere but in hindsight, there were other rooms available nearby that we could have booked last minute. We would have preferred the staff be upfront that the issue might not get resolved, so we could make an informed decision and rebook if needed.
