This is the best hotel i’ve stayed in for years. We booked a junior suite and were provided with snacks and drinks which were replenished every day. The service is impeccable, with the staff being so responsive to our multiple requests. We were allowed to check in early when we arrived a couple of hours earlier, and were given welcome drinks too. Upon knowing that we would be checking out early, the hotel also prepared takeaway breakfast for us without us requesting for it, and also allowed us to enjoy the buffet breakfast anyway. The buffet breakfast spread was so large. The bed was really comfortable too.

Het hotel ligt vlak bij het kraton (loop afstand). Ondanks dat het hotel aan een drukke weg ligt was het in de kamer heerlijk rustig. het voordeel van deze weg was wel dat er voldoende toko's/restaurants waren.

Niets viel echt tegen. Het hotel voldeed aan de verwachtingen. Als je dit hotel boekt dan weet je dat het geen 5 sterren hotel is.

Absolutamente todo. Las instalaciones eran espectaculares, el personal maravilloso, todas las comodidades que puedes desear. A pocos metros de la calle malioboro, paseo nada peligroso.Pena de no habernos quedado más días

Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen und ein guter Ausgangspunkt um Yogyakarta zu erkunden. Das Personal ist freundlich, jedoch nicht immer ganz so kompetent.

Das Hotel ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf einer Auffrischung.

Todo espectacular. Las habitaciones exactamente igual que en las fotos. Los servicios que ofrecen son increíbles. El personal maravilloso. Muy cerca de la calle malioboro. Todo realmente increíble.

All staff were super friendly, cleanliness fit four star standards. Location is excellent, travelling is very convenient. Food is great, the best two restaurants on Trip Adviser in this area are in the same building with hotel. I travelled in Indonesia for around three weeks, and this hotel is the best choice comparing to all others in Jakarta, Surabaya and Manado.

Las habitaciones eran cómodas y limpias. La atención de Cristina ante los inconvenientes durante nuestra estancia ha sido de primer nivel.

El hotel está catalogado como un resort 4 estrellas y no creemos que sea así. El restaurante tiene precios muy elevados en comparación con el resto de restaurantes de la ciudad. El servicio de algunos de sus empleados es básico, en cuanto los sacas del estándar habitual no saben responder de acuerdo a la categoría del hotel. Nosotros reservamos 3 noches pero en dos reservas diferentes y se han hecho lio cambiando nuestras cosas de habitación y abriendo la caja de seguridad porque algunos empleados no se enteraron que teníamos una noche más. Aunque se han disculpado y destacamos la reacción de la gerente Cristina, no deberían haber abierto una caja de seguridad y mover nuestras cosas sin autorización. Al descubrirlo tratando de ocultarlo de una forma tan ineficaz que nos hemos dado cuenta. La gerente se deshizo en disculpas y hasta nos ha obsequiado una caja de dulces por las molestias.
