Air conditioning was amazing, a good nights sleep, lizard and frog in the bathroom were an added bonus, we went for nature, beautiful birds in the garden

A great place to stay! A lovely old house, clean, comfortable and on a quiet street close to the centre for the bus and boats. The owners are extremely kind people, I needed to change my dates twice due to a chane of plans and then unforseen circumstances and they were very generous and understanding. I booked and stayed here both times I was in San Carlos. Overall, fantastic value and would absolutely recommend a stay here!

It was a very basic hotel but there wasn’t much choice in San Carlos.

The rooms were clean, the beds firm and the garden room was lovely as it looked out across a deck to a green leafy space. Great for bird enthusiasts!

Very comfortable in the rooms with a garden view. Lovely garden with lots of different birds, which was a big plus for us. Owner very helpful and friendly. Some english spoken so our bad Spanish was less of an issue!
