My stay at Trinidad Condo Suite was disappointing. One of the staff members didn't speak English or Malay, making communication difficult. When I tried speaking in Malay, she asked me to switch to English, but then struggled to understand my explanation. The incident with the broken washing machine was frustrating, as her response was simply "please call back again." I was taken aback. Fortunately, the manager was helpful and relocated us to another room. Sadly, the dryer in the new room wasn't functioning well either. As a result, I had to resort to using the hotel laundry service, which was pricier compared to external options. I chose Trinidad Condo based on a friend's recommendation, primarily to use the washing machine facility. However, due to this experience, I am certain that this will be my first and last stay here. I kindly request the management to ensure efficient staff members who are fluent in both English and Malay are present at the counter.

Safe box not working, no battery

The room is big, it likes apartment concept than a hotel. It located near harbor and someplace to eat but not many and diversity choice

I did not expect room with 2 twin beds when I book a room with double bed. Its good that they apply Green service as not cleaning the room daily, however cleaning process is not really clean.

Location was central.

It was dusty, musky - Especially the carpet. And couches. The restaurant downstairs had music playing post mid night that was loud - place needs to be sound proofed. Towels were not clean.

1.We have to wait for more than hour for the room to be ready. 2.The bed should be queen bed, we have 2 single bed coupled together 3. The toaster is not funtional 4. Hair dryer not functional well

Spacious and value for money.

Very comfortable room with full in room facilities such as Fridge, microwave, utensils etc. Room is parted into two - small living room + bedroom.

Shower was weeping water into the main bathroom. Cleaning is only on request - but receptionist didn’t inform during check-in.

The reception staff was very friendly and helpful

No face and hand towels. No harbour facing rooms
