Good location and decent, comfortable bungalows. The property seems understaffed, but the staff who are available are very polite, helpful and accommodating.
The amenities are quite limited—no spa and a gym with very little equipment. Cleanliness could definitely be improved. Breakfast has a very limited selection and, on some days, doesn’t start until around 9:00 am. The Wi-Fi is shockingly poor, which is particularly frustrating as mobile phone reception is also weak, making connectivity a real issue.

The location, right on the beach. Also so many restaurants around the property. The breakfast. The staff was courteous and efficient.
The upkeep of the property could be a bit better. Its a beautiful place.

The location is excellent. Right on the beach. It was VERY peaceful when I was there, never felt busy or crowded, a welcome relief from the cities in India. The juices were excellent. Coffee unexpectedly good.
Only small things... The outdoors gym section was limited, and inevitably the equipment was a bit rusty. I would have appreciated more Goan options in the restaurant. No one comes here to eat pizza and pasta!
