location is good and most drivers are familiar with the place and easily verifiable via google map; spacious room and value for money in the overall

better to also include puto maya, sikwate and mango in your menu listings as Cebu is also noted for this delicacy.

I like how the staffs are welcoming and helpful. The room is clean and big enough for us 4, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

The pillows and blankets neeuds help. They feel worn out and old.

2 double beds in a reasonable sized room and these were comfortable, hot / cold shower

Air-conditioning was not that good. Free breakfast included in price was terrible.. very small portions and rice was of low quality. For some choices, you have to pay p70 for a brewed coffee. Would have been nice had the bin in the room been emptied, and the soaking shower mat changed. Car parking is very limited - underground only has space for 2 cars (difficult as very confined) and outside maybe 3 at side of road. However, you only get what you pay for. Not a hotel we'll use again
