Large apartment in a beautiful location. Easy contactless check in at any time. Comfy bed. Clean. Good views.

AC could be a bit stronger in the heatwave, but still ok!

Location and the AC. Convenient location to everything, including the train.

The bed was not comfortable and it could have been cleaner. I found an old hair brush in the couch. WiFi didn’t really work for us except for when we are near the bedroom with bunk beds. My son also lost a book when it fell on the side of the top bunk. There wasn’t an easy way to retrieve it.

closeness to the train station and that turned to be a negative as the trains kept on coming every 10 minutes it seemed. This is of course that could be fixed by the property.

Again, nothing the owner could have done but the staircase was a bit much. Cleanliness of the place was spotty, the dryer was broken and left full of what was at arrival a potentially moldy mess. Air Condition was ineffective as way too small for the unit size. Bathroom and Shower were good. The caretaker did not show any presence and handled all by telephone, very poor in the PR department.

Close to the train station. On the main street great location. Only had to climb about 25 steep stairs to get to the apartment. Communication was excellent with the owner. Check in was in person on time.

You can hear the trains night and day from the apartment.

The location is fantastic, just right beside the train station. We accidentally left a pair of spectacles behind and went to Milan. The host is kind enough to bring the specs to us while he is transiting in Milan. Very nice experience having such a great host.
