Emplacement génial : la plupart des monuments et visites sont accessibles à pied. Boulangerie au pied de l’immeuble. Supermarché et métro à 2 minutes. Consignes à bagages dans une rue perpendiculaire

This property with perfect location, 2 mins walk distance to the Placa Catalunya and so many restaurants.
There is also a Supermercat right next door
The service response is not quick, except the first day of check in. After check in, the staff seems dispeared.
The toilet paper is not enough, but you can buy it from the near supermarket.
We have stayed 9 days in total, there is no room clean service during this time.
The appartment debited one more night from my account. We actually stayed 9 days, but it has taken for 10 days, has to contacted the Booking for refunds.

Location was amazing. Javi, the owner, is super nice and friendly.
Everything was good. It would be nice if there was access to Netflix or other streaming services for kids to be distracted but otherwise it was a great stay.

This property is close to everything! The Placa Catalunya metro station is close with many routes available for getting around the city. other metro stations are close as well, so can get to any route needed. It is large enough for our family of 5 and the terrace is lovely! it is well equipped with items in the kitchen as well as laundry for cleaning spills off clothes after a night out. 😊 There is also a Supermercat right next door with many amenities- and open 24 hours for late night snacks.
We needed to purchase toilet paper- but with the market next door, it was not a huge deal.

it was very dirty, there was no wifi in the rooms, the apartment is really small and it was filled with useless furniture and hair. the elevator was really annoying, it had no sensors so it kept closing on us, the stairs are horribly tight and dangerous. there is not enough space for everyone.

Great location. Close to shopping and restaurants. great cafe and supermarket right outside the apartment. Very spacious. Love having a second toilet! the terrace was perfect for morning coffee. the kitchen was well supplied with dishes, pots and pans.
The mattress was not comfortable. the door handle fell off the bedroom door. The bathroom could use an update. But overall, very happy with our stay and would stay here again.

The flat is big, all comforts are in place, 30 seconds walk from Placa de Catalunya.
This is a great penthouse. We were two people only, but very good also for 6 persons.

Location was ideal, apartment was large, clean and well equipped. The owner was sympathetic to our jet lag and allowed us early access.
There was nothing not to like.

The location was good
The water into the bath/shower ran either too hot or too cold. One minute hot then one minute cold would continue about five minutes before the hot ran out.
