Relais Circo Massimo

Basically it is the best place to stay, work and enjoy Rome. So far for me it is the best place to stay in Rome.

Blown away by all aspects of our wonderful 5 night stay at this delightful property. Abundantly clear that Elana and her wonderful colleagues take pride in and love their work - they are incredibly warm, welcoming and gracious and all went out of their way to be extremely helpful and courteous. We were extended a masterclass in hospitality that we have not found anywhere else in our travels, and cannot recommend staying here highly enough. Please book if you can! It was our first stay in Rome and Elana and her colleagues offered golden advice, they kindly booked tour visits and return airport taxi on our behalf, we were recommended the best public transport options. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was made so easy, and done with such grace and kindness - the focus is on their guests having the best possible stay and enjoying great experiences while in Rome. Relais Circo Massimo is located in a beautiful, peaceful, safe neighbourhood, in very close walking proximity to the city and transport links. We were particularly grateful for an early check in. Our air conditioned room was immaculately clean, so comfortable with delightful garden access - we also appreciated the fresh fruit, bread, pastries, jams etc, well stocked mini bar fridge with complimentary water - items were replenished daily during room service. If we are lucky enough to return to Rome one day we would book early, as we would not want to stay anywhere else.

Great location. Room was very clean and comfortable. It included complimentary drinks, food, espresso, and even slippers. We met the host at check-out and she was super nice!

Excellent communication, easy entry, wonderful helpful staff and a great location in Rome. A quiet residential neighbourhood near good restaurants (eg Emilio’s and Rosso’s), gelaterias, pizzeria, shops and transit. Walking distance to Key of Malta, Orange Grove, Mouth of Truth and of course Circo Massimo! The room was very comfortable, lovely courtyard view and good wifi.
