The breakfast was very good. The location was a little walk from the main street, but the view from the balcony was very beautiful.

Not all visitors bring their cars. I think there will be a warehouse room in Pousada of this size. However, reception refused to keep our bags, and we had to go to eat with heavy luggage on this hill and come back. I don't understand why it was so difficult to keep the bag next to the warehouse or seat, I'm very disappointed.

When I arrived the internet was simply not working. I complained four times to the staff and they did nothing. The next day, I said I was going to leave one day earlier because of the internet issue that was impacting my work and they finally tried something (more than 24h after the first complaint). Then, the internet has worked for less than one hour and stopped again. I made a decision to leave one day in advance since it was impossible to get any work done there and they refused to refund that day because they said there were no issue but I can bet that if I come back there right now the internet won’t work for more than one hour straight - it is simply a nightmare. I showed them pictures of two different devices that couldn’t connect and they ignored it in the first four complaints. My main disappointment was with staff behavior, since they were polite but never tried to solve the issue until my 5th complaint, which is very wrong behavior in this field of work. I still want my refund but booking wasn’t helpful either in getting it.
