Apart from the location nothing much is that great

Rooms are smaller than any other relevant property, to get to the lobby it takes around 10 mins of walking as the lifts are designated at one place only. The corridor is too claustrophobic. If you order food through swiggy or zomato you need to walk to the exit gate and collect which was very annoying atleast they can allow them till the lobby. The room service horrible its take minimum 30 mins to get anything even if you need water bottles or extra towel.

Close to the airport, very comfortable, at better price than the other adjoining hotel I stayed in before. I definitely recommend it, would stay again if transferring in Delhi

Staff is fantastic! So hospitable and helpful! Particularly the concierge crew including Suresh Kuman, Ambreesh and Neelansh from front desk! Such a friendly atmosphere, so welcoming, it feels better than home!

Room were clean and well maintained

Staff is not active . Made numerous calls from US and transit about my arrival to Delhi but even reservations wasn’t answering the call . I had to call dining to talk to room reservations . Very bad customer service

I needed a room to rest for 4 hours between flights. Location is good, 10 min from airport. Good aircondition, comfortable bed but too soft pillows (need to add medium and hard ones)

Too much time wasted in check in, although all details are provided through Booking.com Slow reading receptionist - do some training on check in speed. Bell-man wants to talk much - it was 1:00 am and I had to tell him twice that I do not want to talk. Insisting to bring my bag inside the room, I had to ask him firmly to LEAVE IT AND GO. I finally succeeded to catch two and half hours befor next flight. Too much noise at a night club that is open directly to the reception, next to front desk. VERY LOUD MUSIC. Not suitable for a traveller catching a night in a hotel near airport. Airport hotel need to learn how to handle travellers.

According to price point it was not good at all. Staff is also not good at behaviour. At this same price one can get big and clean room with breakfast at some other nice hotels in aero city but Novotel, I am not recommending to anyone. They show very nice photo of their reception but rooms are very small and not cleaned.

Bad Customer services Receptionest Hangup call on me so many time. Upon arrival they put me in room which is stinky and with bad view I can only see the walls with no cement on it’s the back side of hotel. Upon request to change the room they took 4 hours to change my room with me calling them 9-10 Time to get update on my request they not even call me back when I requested to speak with manager staff hangup call on me. Really bad customer services I must say and on arrival no one greeted me nor a drink is offered. I asked for water on arrival never came. Breakfast options are very less to choose from. They need lot of work to be on the standard of 5 Star Hotel list.
