A localização é excelente. A equipe que nos atendeu também é muito boa, deram suporte o tempo todo.

Alguns pontos com relação ao conforto precisam ser melhorados. Embora haja um ventilador potente, o mesmo não refresca todo o ambiente, seria imprenscindível um ar condicionado. Outro ponto, é que o sofá-cama da sala é desconfortável para dormir.

A localização para o meu objetivo é perfeita. As instalações no geral atendem as necessidades básicas.

O colchão de baixa qualidade é o ponto fraco do apartamento. O horário de check-in e check-out são abusivos. O check-in (15:00) é muito tarde e o check-out (11:00) é cedo. O estofamento do sofá da sala também é péssimo.

The location was great and the flat was clean, functional and felt safe. Communication with the landlord was very easy and he was keen to answer any question or issue. Good value for money

It wasn't clean overall, specially the sofa, living room. Fridge didn't cool enough, bed wasn't comfortable.

Good Security

No wifi, informed wifi was not available and the supplied password did not work. No cable TV. Sofa with very thin mattress.

The view of the city was good, and then apartment block was not noisy

The apartment is a little old, even by Brazilian standards. The furniture is old and uncomfortable, and well past its expiry date. The bed mattress was stained, as well as the couch. Although the apartment has a kitchen, there are no basic items provided like salt, pepper, milk, tea, coffee, etc, which would be fairly simple and inexpensive to provide, and at the rate being charged, I would have expected at least some tea and coffee. Although the apartment is advertised as "PETS ALLOWED", if you click on "PETS ALLOWED" it states that "Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable". This is fairly misleading, as if you perform a search with the "PETS ALLOWED" filter turned on, then the rate (or amount charged) for pets should be mentioned. When we arrived and checked in with our 2 dogs, nothing was said about the dogs being an extra charge, and this was only discovered the following day when we were told there is an extra R$100 cleaning fee charge for a dog... After leaving the host Rodrigo informed us that an additional R$200 had been charged for a pet and cleaning. This totals almost R$500/night, and double then original amount... The R$200 was charged without prior discussion or consultation with us, which obviously seems a little sinister and dishonest, especially as nothing was said at check-in, nor were we contacted for comment prior to the extra R$200 charge. The decision to stay here was very last-minute, and it was one of the only places available to us in the area (Which now makes sense why its wasn't booked, and was one of the few places still available...)
