Great central location. Fantastic facilities such as free coffee and hot chocolate and a hot tub. Room was comfortable.
The rooms are nice but lack soundproofing. We were on the second floor and could hear everything from the room above.

Wild Kea is lovely, it is welcoming, great value, free muffins, popcorn and soup!
Well maintained kitchen.
Clean and comfortable.
The only thing is that soundproofing is very poor, hence in a downstairs room I could hear everything in the room above - they weren't noisy but if they were I could imagine it would be very noisy.

Room was clean and well very presented. Great value with lots of features/amenities. Staff service was excellent - very polite and helpful.
We were in rooms 301/302. Ensuite hand basin although small was awkward to use do to shelf above it. No face washers. Awoken during the night due to some industrial noise / electric motor or fan, not sure if it was on the property or nearby.

Room and linens were clean. The complimentary soup was good. Veggie with barley, ran out on the first night. Bikes nice but only 2 of the 4 were functional.
Eileen was great.
However Lisa was more interested in her phone than helping. I had to ask repeatedly for basic things, multiple times . She also gave me a dirty bathrobe, it smelled and was wet inside. Not impressed.
