Absolutely wonderful little gem of a house. We stayed there with friends with kids and it was perfect for everyone's needs (small and big). It's on a quiet street, not far from city centre where you have your choice of restaurants and cafes. It is also a short drive away from some magnificent beaches. Everything was great and we will surely be back some day. The terrace views are also amazing.

Very clean, well maintained and spacious. It is in a quiet location just a five minute stroll to the main square. Parking is not easy but is usually possible in the adjoining street.
Roof terrace could be made a bit more inviting. Mosquitoes are a bit of an issue downstairs.

Location, host, house. You can take dog with you. Good parking on the street or close to house in public parking 350 m away from house. Good WiFi.

The location is in the middle of Pollença, so this is a great town house. I felt i've stayed at my Grandmother's house, which provided a lot of home feeling. Our host was very nice, and there is also a booklet with all the important information. The kitchen is well equiped.

Proximity to town and that it was spacious
We had no continuous hot water for 36 hours of our 3 days despite visits from the 'technition' who came twice. Once when we were out with no warning.
My husband explained the problem - but there was no real apology . When paying well over 100 euros a night one expects continuous hot water

Parking outside on the street was a challenge as it’s in an area where there are locally owned and inhabited properties.

Bewitched Granny's House is located in Pollença, a very nice town close to the north-eastern coast in Mallorca. You can easily reach more than one beach for there and Formentor peninsula as well. We were only 3 people in the house but there are 3 rooms so you can comfortably stay even in 6.
We did not use the terrace but it should be lovely to dinner there if you are a big group of friends.
Marian is a clever host: she advised us about restaurants in which we had our dinners succesfully.
We had a little trouble with water one evening, no water at all in the house. But with a simple call Marian's parents ran and worked to solve the problem in a few. So thank you for that.
Just to say something; warm water does not last long in the shower. You have to be careful if 3 people need to shower in half an hour. But when you have learned it works.
